The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the Lead; Renovation, Repair and Painting Program that requires each job have an EPA Certified Renovator on-site while jobs are set up and cleaned up. The certified person will be responsible for documenting that all work was done in a lead safe manner. =0D=0A=

This is a 1-day course with approximately 6 hours classroom and 2 hours hands-on lab work and will include testing at the end of the day. Anyone passing the test will then be considered an EPA Certified Renovator and receive a certification card from the training provider (ATC). This is the first step in getting your Agency Certified as a Firm and it is a requirement of your contract. =0D=0A=
