FORCE/2 Insulation Machine Repair and Maintenance
Who Should Attend:
Weatherization field staff, Insulation contractors, Building Performance contractors
Course Description:
Ask any one of the thousands of contractors who have owned a FORCE/2 or FORCE /3 for the past 20 years and they will tell you: You can't beat the production, reliability, and durability of their FORCE/2 or 3 Insulation Blowing machines. The FORCE/2 or 3 is designed to be operated in the back of any van or truck for easy setup, operation and cleanup. It takes only four switches to operate the FORCE/2 or 3 . No complicated gauges, dials, or knobs; just turn it on!
- You can't deliver the material that you need to if the machine has not been maintained properly. If your machine is puffing back through the hopper, the paddles are shot and you are not working at capacity.
- If the machine is not dialed in properly, you will not deliver the pounds per cubic foot that you should and this will impact the time you spend insulating as well as your air reduction.
- Since you will be working on your own machines, you will be walking away from the training with improved performance on equipment that your crews use regularly.
Agenda
- Brief overview of the history of the Force 2 and 3 machines.
- Common maintenance issues.
- Diagnostics and repair of attendees machines (cost of parts additional)
Prerequisites: none
Class Size: none
BPI CEU: 3
Instructors:
Mike Hite, Intec factory rep and Al McMahon, NYSWDA Trainer
Other Notes:

Parts are additional and affiliates and contractors must pay for parts when installed. Lunch is included.
