EPA 1Day Supervisor Refresher Course

NYSWDA is coordinating 1 Day EPA Refresher trainings to extend Lead Supervisors' Certification.  Please fill out the following form for electronic registration, or print and fax to Chelsea Crandall at 518-690-0498

EPA will require a re-certification fee of $390, payable when submitting proof of completion of this refresher course.  Refresher course certificates will be mailed upon successful completion of test.  Instructions on how to complete the EPA re-certification application will be provided.

Lunch will be provided.

EPA limits class size to 24 attendants.

There is no fee for Weatherization Sub-grantees.  There is a $135.00 fee if your sub-contractors would like to attend.  Please send checks or purchase orders to: NYSWDA, 2 Charles Blvd., Guilderland, NY 12084 .  Attn:  Chelsea Crandall
