NYSWDA is offering a Cellulose Blowing Machine Repair and Maintenance training presented by Intec (manufacturer of the FORCE/2)

Please fill out the following registration form and submit or print and fax to Randi Smith at 518-690-0498

The class runs from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM upstate. 9:00 - 3:30 at AEA

Lunch is included in the registration fee

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing via fax or e-mail to Randi Smith at 518-690-0494 or randi@nyswda.org. 
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the training. Any registrations cancelled after the deadline will be payable in full.

$150.00 Registration Fee for WAP Subgrantees and NYSWDA members.

$200.00 Advance Registration Fee for all others.
