 Course Description:\nThis four day course will prepare you to take the BPI 
 Manufactured Housing Specialist Certification written and field tests. As p
 art of this training, BPI standards and work practices will be reviewed. At
 tendees will look at common problem areas during the course of an energy au
 dit and prepare a workscope to remedy these issues. Topics addressed will i
 nclude typical manufactured home construction, heating system basics, distr
 ibution system evaluation and repairs, belly repair, air sealing and insula
 tion best practices. Because of the large amount of BPI building analyst cu
 rriculum incorporated into this training, it is strongly recommended that a
 ttendees hold BPI Building Analyst certification and have a good working kn
 owledge of auditing procedures. After the trainees successfully complete th
 e written portion of the test, we will schedule them for the Field test.\n\
