This online course will be covered in one day.  Class star
 ts at 9:00am and will break at noon for an hour lunch.  The next half sessi
 on will start at 1:00pm and go until 4:00pm.\n\nThis training will review p
 rocedures meant to optimize a crew's work production so they better meet th
 eir air sealing goals.  Using powerpoint and video, the audience will learn
  about basic physics that effect air flow, techniques used in air sealing, 
 use of blower doors to diagnose problems, prioritizing workscopes, and the 
 use of proper air sealing materials.\n\nThis is an HCR mandated training fo
 r Weatherization Directors, Auditors, Crew Supervisors and Crews. If you ar
 e a new Director or have new staff, you are strongly advised to attend.  Th
 is training requires attendance every three (3) years. \n
