MH Mechanics Certification training and also hold a Limited Certification.
\n\nCourse Description:\nThis 3 hour training is for those who have already
certified and hold a Limited Certification for the NYS Manufactured Housin
g Mechanics Certification. \n\nMechanics certification is valid for 2 years
- and the renewal process required by the Dept. of State is to complete th
eir continuing education and the renewal application process prior to expir
ation of their certificates. \n\nIf your business or agency conducts struct
ural repairs on mobile homes or manufactured housing to stay in compliance
with NY State Code Enforcement requirements, you will need at least one sta
ff member with this certification. \n\nStructural repairs include replaceme
nt of door/window framing, replacement of subfloor plywood, or replacement
of interior wall and ceiling panels. This staff member must be on-site duri
ng these repairs. Individual certification is valid for two years. \n\nDate

This 3 hour training is for those who have already certified and hol
d a Limited Certification for the NYS Manufactured Housing Mechanics Certif
ication.
Mechanics certification is valid for 2 years - and the
