This online course will be covered in one day.  Class sta
 rts at 9:00am and will break at noon for an hour lunch.  The next half sess
 ion will start at 1:00pm and go until 4:00pm.\n\nThis training will review 
 procedures meant to optimize a crew's work production so they better meet t
 heir air sealing goals.  Using powerpoint and video, the audience will lear
 n about basic physics that effect air flow, techniques used in air sealing,
  use of blower doors to diagnose problems, prioritizing workscopes, and the
  use of proper air sealing materials.\n\nThis is an HCR mandated training f
 or Weatherization Directors, Auditors, Crew Supervisors and Crews. If you a
 re a new Director or have new staff, you are strongly advised to attend.  T
 his training requires attendance every three (3) years. \n
