ption:\nThis four day course will prepare you to take the BPI Manufactured
Housing Specialist Certification written and field tests. As part of this t
raining, BPI standards and work practices will be reviewed. Attendees will
look at common problem areas during the course of an energy audit and prepa
re a workscope to remedy these issues. Topics addressed will include typica
l manufactured home construction, heating system basics, distribution syste
m evaluation and repairs, belly repair, air sealing and insulation best pra
ctices. Because of the large amount of BPI building analyst curriculum inco
rporated into this training, it is strongly recommended that attendees hold
BPI Building Analyst certification and have a good working knowledge of au
diting procedures. After the trainees successfully complete the written por
