Training will be available to those in NY whose regions have been desig
 nated for Phase Three.  If your NY region is still in Phase Two, you will n

Course Description:\nThis four day course will prepare you to take t
 he BPI Manufactured Housing Specialist Certification written and field test
 s. As part of this training, BPI standards and work practices will be revie
 wed. Attendees will look at common problem areas during the course of an en
 ergy audit and prepare a workscope to remedy these issues. Topics addressed
  will include typical manufactured home construction, heating system basics
 , distribution system evaluation and repairs, belly repair, air sealing and
  insulation best practices. Because of the large amount of BPI building ana
 lyst curriculum incorporated into this training, it is strongly recommended
  that attendees hold BPI Building Analyst certification and have a good wor
 king knowledge of auditing procedures. After the trainees successfully comp
 lete the written portion of the test, we will schedule them for the Field t
