 nated for Phase Three.  If your NY region is still in Phase Two, you will n

Course Description:\nThis fou
 r day course will prepare you to take the BPI Manufactured Housing Speciali
 st Certification written and field tests. As part of this training, BPI sta
 ndards and work practices will be reviewed. Attendees will look at common p
 roblem areas during the course of an energy audit and prepare a workscope t
 o remedy these issues. Topics addressed will include typical manufactured h
 ome construction, heating system basics, distribution system evaluation and
  repairs, belly repair, air sealing and insulation best practices. Because 
 of the large amount of BPI building analyst curriculum incorporated into th
 is training, it is strongly recommended that attendees hold BPI Building An
 alyst certification and have a good working knowledge of auditing procedure
 s. After the trainees successfully complete the written portion of the test
