Course Description:
This training wil l prepare those attending to take the New York State Manufactured Housing M echanic certification written test. If your business or agency conducts str uctural repairs on mobile homes or manufactured housing to stay in complian ce with NY State Code Enforcement requirements, you will need at least one staff member with this certification. Structural repairs include replacemen t of door/window framing, replacement of subfloor plywood, or replacement o f interior wall and ceiling panels.
