Implementing ASHRAE 62.2 - 2016 Refresher

This training is for:
Auditors, analysts and crew chiefs that have attended NYSWDA's ASHRAE training in the past and work primarily in 1-4 unit dwellings.
This half-day session is intended to: a) get your staff up to speed on the new 2016 standard and b) provide some review and clarity on some misconceptions of the standard and its compliance.
Course Description:
This refresher course provides an overview of the ASHRAE 62.2 version 2013 standard and the changes that apply for dwelling types 1-4 unit when adopting the ASHRAE 62.2 version 2016 required by DOE for program year 2018. Students will gain an understanding of the changes as they apply to the ASHRAE standard when calculating ventilation needs, control setups, and measuring performance of ventilation systems.
Special Note for WAP Agencies
DOE WAP grantees must adopt and implement 62.2 version 2016. The focus of this training will be on both the ASHRAE 62.2 2016 and WPN 17-7 standards released by DOE for dwelling types 1-4.
BPI has adopted ASHRAE 62.2 as the new standard. This means those recertifying must learn ASHRAE 62.2 for their recertification exams.

Participation in an earlier ASHRAE trainingand work primarily in 1-4 unit dwellings.
